Justin Timberlake Evolution

From NSYNC to his solo career in acting and singing, Justin Timberlake is a phenomenal performer. He, like all other celebrities, has gone through his phase as a superstar. But Justin's transition is the most flawless I've ever laid my eyes on. You have witnessed the down falls of other child and teen stars, when the fame and fortune become to much for them to handle. The adult world around them begins to corrupt their innocence. Cases of this happening can be seen with celebrities Amanda Bynes and Justin Bieber. JT has kept his maturity in check constantly though, and is smart enough to stay out of trouble.

His whole career in acting and singing began when he was just 12 years old, being cast as one of the children in The New Mickey Mouse Club. He and a few other stars of today got their jump start on this children's TV show such as; Ryan Gosling, Brittany Spears, Christina Aguilera, and JC Chasez. Justin starred on this Disney show for two years before he quit and started piecing together what would be the biggest hit in his career yet, NSYNC.

NSYNC was a huge success for Justin and all of his band members. Their first two albums sold over 30 million copies! So these boys were rolling in the cash! Justin had a lot of money, and freedom that he didn't have before yet he kept it all under control. Justin did admit to having an obsession with shoes and cars though. His fame also brought him to the attention of many female stars. He had relationships with Fergie, Brittany Spears, Cameron Diaz and many more. After the band held their last performance in 2004, Justin split off onto his solo career, where he would use his many experiences with ladies to his advantage. He actually was inspired to write one of his number one hit songs Cry Me A River after his break up with Brittany Spears.

After his first album, Justified, dropped, he was instantly sitting on the top. He has managed to keep in the top charts since the split with his band, unlike any other members had. His music has several factors that keep it so interesting unlike any other singer out there. The main one being his over laying of his beat boxing and little hiccups of noise. Some essences of his music sound very similar to what can be found in Michael Jackson's music, with his use of falsetto voice. Justin also has a tendency to add Gospel back up voices in a majority of his songs, incorporating it into his jazzy pop style of music. This can be heard very prominently in Timberlake's song Losing My Way

Even though JT's music success is his main recognition, people simply cannot forget his acting career. He has starred in many popular movies such as, Friends With BenefitsIn Time, and Bad Teacher. While most of his flicks tend to be comedies, he has also been cast in a few dramas and action movies. He is a phenomenal actor and can really play up his emotions when needed.

With the release of his newest album The 20/20 Experience: Complete Experience, Justin has kept the fire hot incorporating provocative new beats and jazzy foreign rhythms into his music. His song Suit & Tie made it bigger than any other song on his album. His collaboration with Jay-Z in the jazzy funk tune really seemed to tie the whole piece together, switching up the beats and continually keeping the audience enticed. Not only is he keeping himself current in his music career, he is also staying on top of his life. Just recently marrying actress Jessica Biel, and settling down with his new wife.

I believe Justin Timberlake to be one of the most down to earth, smart, classy, and successful actors/singers of my time, and no one could convince me otherwise.

Miley Cyrus Evolution

A lot of controversy has started over the recent changes to Miley Cyrus, from her appearance to her music. She has done a complete 180 flip from what she was a year ago.
Most people really haven't given her credit on what she has done as an artist though. Her style and appearance may or may not have been the best decision for her but as a music artist she's really quite incredible. Just listen to some of her songs post Hannah Montana, they are childish and not well put together musically, her voice tone and style just didn't match the music she was trying to sing.

Here is one of her popular and more mature songs from her Hannah Montana singing debut: The Climb-Miley Cyrus

Listening to that song it doesn't sound bad, it really just sounds like her voice isn't mature enough for that type of music.Slowly but surely enough after her first album release, each album after got more and more risky and racy. People really started to notice the changes with the release of her "Can't Be Tamed" music video, featuring Miley dancing around in a tight black outfit, wearing wings, seductively dancing around a pole and in a cage.
Most people judged these actions of hers because she started off as a younger children's role model, she was Hannah Montana to all of the kids younger than the age of 15. So she had to keep a clean record, and even cleaner music. After she dropped the Hannah Montanan show though, she obviously thought she could drop the good girl act too. With the release of her latest album, Bangerz, she really raised the age level of who would be listening to her music. Her new tracks feature a lot of rap, and hard bass riffs. She has also collaborated with big named rappers such as Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J. I personally think this type of music fits her vibe, personality, music style, and tone of voice much better than her previous albums. Miley Cyrus has really matured into something amazing, musically, even if her fashion choices and life style is a little off. My personal favorite off of her latest album is: Adore You- Miley Cyrus
